Entrance & Exit Counseling


RISLA provides you with an important part of the loan process through an interactive Entrance and Exit Counseling session. Please take a few minutes to complete the session that best suits your needs.

As a Federal Stafford student loan borrower, it is a federal requirement that you complete a student loan counseling session prior to obtaining your loan, as well as when you are about to enter your repayment period. The following information and subsequent "exams" are provided as a convenient method to help you understand your rights and obligations as a student loan borrower.
